Our in-house engineering team works in AutoCAD and Inventor to develop fabrication and layout drawings, 3D models and renderings, and draws on in-depth knowledge of ABS, ASME, AWS, AISC, ASCE and API to deliver the technical expertise behind every cost-effective, code-compliant build.

Every job is tracked with Microsoft Project and Smartsheet and coordinated through our ERP shop management system, all held to a Quality Management System built on ABS and ASME — giving customers clear timelines and status updates from kickoff to delivery instead of surprises.

CNC oxy-fuel and plasma cutting handle plate up to 12 inches thick, 8 feet wide and 30 feet long, backed by angle, tube and pipe cutting saws — with cuts up to 14 feet wide and 60 feet long available through a nearby subcontractor when a job calls for it.

A 450-ton press brake and a plate roll — up to 1 inch thick, 10 feet wide and 20 feet in diameter — handle our in-house forming and rolling, with angle, pipe and bar bending alongside it, and a 1,500-ton press and rolling up to 6 inches thick available nearby through trusted partners for the largest work.

Our welders work SMAW, MIG, TIG and FCAW processes, plus Sub Arc Welding (SAW) manipulators for long, heavy seams. Procedures are qualified in-house per ASME and AWS, and our welders are qualified per ASME Section IX and AWS D1.1 & D1.6 across a range of positions and metals — work you can put your name behind.

Our machine shop runs vertical and horizontal boring mills up to 168 inches in diameter and 84 inches high, lathes up to a 60-inch swing and 252 inches between centers, and milling machines with a 60 x 84 table — plus drill presses, threading and other equipment for tight-tolerance work on large, critical parts.

In-house sand, shot and bead blasting is performed to SSPC standards, followed by paint and lining — organic and inorganic, across three paint systems — to NACE requirements, bringing finished assemblies to spec before they ever leave our yard.

Our teams handle mechanical and hydraulic assembly in-house, with electrical assembly subcontracted as needed, and finish every build with pressure testing and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) before it ever leaves our yard.

Precision casting in carbon, alloy and stainless steel is delivered through our established foundry partners, giving customers consistent quality and repeatable dimensions without the uncertainty of sourcing or vetting a foundry on their own.
A 30,000 sq. ft. shop, a 40-ton overhead crane with 24 ft crane hook height, and 5 acres of yard space with heavy-duty machinery mean we can take on projects of nearly any scale — from single components to full assemblies — without leaving our facility.
